Are you in Canggu?
Yes. fr-anz is in Pererenan, the quiet western end of Canggu, at Jl. Sempol No.12, a few minutes by scooter from Echo Beach. The photobooth stands right out front.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
No. fr-anz is a quick stop: grab a roll and a drink, sit for a bit, then head on. It is not a laptop-work café.
Can I pay cash?
No, we are cashless. We take card and QRIS only.
Is there seating?
Yes, a few seats outside in front of the shop, looking out over a rice field. There is no air conditioning, so it is made for a short stop: sit, eat, move on.
Is there air conditioning?
No. The seating is outdoors in front of the shop.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes. There is always a vegan cinnamon roll, and oat milk is free. Note that drinks with cloud foam contain dairy cream.
Is the photobooth free?
Yes. Everyone who buys something, even a single roll or a coffee, gets one free session with two printed strips. The booth is outside the café.
Can I work on my laptop there?
We are not set up as a work café: there is no Wi-Fi, no air conditioning and only a few outdoor seats. Come for a roll and a coffee instead.
Are drinks with oat milk dairy-free?
Not if they are topped with cloud foam. Cloud foam contains dairy cream, so those drinks are not dairy-free, even with oat milk.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 08:00 to 20:30.

Do you deliver?
Yes, through GoFood and GrabFood. App prices differ from in-store prices.
Do you do catering?
Yes, for villas, events and teams: from 20 rolls, ordered at least 2 days ahead, picked up at the shop or delivered with GoSend. Send us the date, number of guests and location on WhatsApp or to hello@fr-anz.com. More on the delivery & catering page.
Do you work with partners, press or creators?

Do prices include tax?
No. Menu prices exclude 6% service and 11% tax.
Do you bake Franzbrötchen?
No. Our name comes from the Franzbrötchen, a cinnamon pastry from Hamburg, but we bake cinnamon rolls.
Are you related to Franzia or the Franz Group?
No. fr-anz with benefits is an independent café in Pererenan, Canggu. We have no connection to the Franzia wine brand or the Franz Group property developer.
