Two days, from first mix to first bite
Every batch takes two days from the first mix until it is ready for you. The dough rests and proofs slowly at 31 °C before it is rolled, baked in our own kitchen and brought over to the shop in Pererenan. We rewrote every recipe after opening, and we keep adjusting.

A vegan roll, every day
There is always at least one vegan cinnamon roll in the line-up. Ask the team which one it is today. Oat milk is free for every coffee and matcha, but drinks with cloud foam contain dairy cream.
the name
Why "fr-anz"?
The name comes from the Franzbrötchen, a cinnamon pastry from Hamburg in Germany and a cousin of the cinnamon roll. We don't bake Franzbrötchen. We bake cinnamon rolls. "With benefits" is the rest of the joke: the free photobooth, the rotating drinks and the oat milk that doesn't cost extra.

Do you have vegan cinnamon rolls?
Yes. There is always at least one vegan cinnamon roll in the line-up, every day.
How big are the rolls?
Small, on purpose. The idea is to try three flavours instead of committing to one big roll. A single roll is Rp 25,000, a box of 3 is Rp 65,000 and a box of 6 is Rp 119,000.
Do you bake Franzbrötchen?
No. Our name comes from the Franzbrötchen, a cinnamon pastry from Hamburg, but we bake cinnamon rolls.
Can I get cinnamon rolls delivered?
Yes, on GoFood and GrabFood. Delivery prices differ from in-store prices.
